My Name is Etta Bell, “Katie”
before I was adopted. I hope ya’ll remember me! I was adopted last October.
I wanted to send some pictures of me and my brothers
and
thank you for taking such good care of me.
I am the happiest fur ball of the bunch and it is because of ya’ll that I have this opportunity.
You see, my parents had just moved to Wilmington from Louisiana with my brother Chivas (black & white short hair) and Roux (yellow retriever mix).
Because of the transition, the boys were down in the dumps
and our parents thought that a new addition to the family would help perk them up. That’s where I come in!
When I arrived to my new home I couldn’t believe how happy they were to meet me.
They are the best brothers ever.
Since I’m the only girl they let me get away with everything. Not too long after
I adjusted to my new family we received another new addition, Cole (black lab mix). He is great too. I guess there are some advantages to being the only girl or to having three brothers.
As you can see I’m a calico, so I guess you can say I rule the Roost! When Roux curls up for a nap he lifts his leg so I can curl up in the middle and nap too.
Even
when the boys are not in the mood to cuddle I can still manage to slip in and change there mind.
One of my favorite things to do is on Saturday morning Chivas and I get to play in the backyard. I always know when its Saturday and I start bright and early meowing so my parents don’t forget. I love the water, furry mouse toys, and treats that say “Dog” on the bag. I can even get them myself no matter where my parents put them, but I always share with my big brothers.
I hope ya’ll enjoy the pictures and continue to help cats like me find homes were we love to be.
Thank you,
Etta Bell
