We adopted "Clyde II", a black and white, short hair about
3 weeks ago.   We have renamed him to fit in with our house
of Pittsburgh Steeler fans.  So his name is Willie Parker...
we call him "fast Willie". He has the pleasure of living inside
while Ward and Bettis (also Steeler names) the black labs,
                                       live outside.
Willie is wonderful!  He has adapted to our house and kids so
well.  He is loving, playful and very tolerant of my children's
tricks.  I woke to find them pushing him in the baby carriage
last Saturday.  I wondered how they kept him in, then I saw
they had him bundled in a blanket and snuggled in so comfy he didn't want out.   He follows me around the house, meets me at the door with lots of meows when I come home from work, and lays by my legs when I get in the bed.   He's still skittish around my husband, but will approach him if he's laying on the floor and has recently starting rubbing on his legs now and then.  Willie's favorite toys have been plastic Easter eggs out of my children's
baskets.  Even when we gathered them all up to put them away he was
taking them out and hiding them around the house (maybe he's thinks
he's the Easter Bunny).  Last night he grabbed a clean sock out of the
laundry pile I was folding and ran to try to hide it under the couch where
we find other things he's stolen.  The kids enjoy searching under the couch
to see what Willie has hidden each day.  He's a constant source of
entertainment!
Just wanted to say "Thanks" for all you do at Cat Tails.
We love our Willie!

Meow! My original name was 'Scarlett,' but my new Mom
changed it to 'Kamby.' I was very well taken care of by
Cat Tails and my good fortune continued when I was adopted.
I have 2 Golden Retriever doggie siblings that loved me
from the day I came home. 'Cutter' is my puppy brother
and is in the picture with me. He and I play all the time
and have lots of fun. My sister doggie's name is 'Jordan' and she loves me too. I am very happy and stay very busy! I have a kitty hammock that I sleep in (when I am not curled up with my brother, Cutter)...I help my Mom water her plants and wash her dishes (I love water!)...I sit at the front door and watch with my doggie siblings when my Mom goes to work...I love to play with my toys and with whoever comes to visit...and my Mom says that I purr louder than a jackhammer! I have a wonderful life and my Mom says she is so lucky to have me. My Mom and I are forever grateful to Cat Tails. Love, Kamby"

Here's a picture of Suzycat (a.k.a Bitsy).  She and Logan are big buddies.  She enjoys knocking down Logan's sheet music while he's practicing piano, it's hilarious!  We'll send more as she gets bigger.
Thanks!
